job introduction:1. Bachelor degree or above in business management, business administration, administrative management and other related majors;
2. Knowledge and experience in leadership development, strategic management, organizational change management, human resource management, economic law, financial management, etc.;
3, More than 8 years of work experience, more than 5 years of overall management experience in enterprises, more than 3 years of senior management experience;
4, familiar with the business and process of the enterprise, and have strong leadership skills and talents in team management;
